What services do you offer?

Sighthound offers 3 main services; product sourcing, style assessment with inspirational mood board, and complete room styling. Within these service we can help you; select paint colors, create a space plan for a tricky room, source furniture and lighting, define your style for independent shopping, or create a game plan for styling and furnishing your home.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Book and pay for our product sourcing and mood board services directly online. We’ll get started as soon as we receive your project order. For larger projects like our full home mood board service and room styling service, submit an inquiry and we'll send over a client agreement and invoice after determining if we’re a good fit. All clients complete a service specific onboarding form and then Sighthound gets to work. We maintain one single, simple, client email thread throughout the full project from confirmation to final service delivery.

What makes you different?

The Sighthound process focuses on simple, asynchronous communications ensuring clients experience is straightforward and fast from the time of inquiring to final delivery. We get to know our clients through our intake form. From there, discernment kicks in. We understand you. We think like you, and shop like you. We never meet in person and communicate exclusively through a concise email thread. We do not use AI in any of our processes.

How can I contact you?

We exclusively communicate via email. New clients can submit a project inquiry via our services page or contact page. Active clients can reply to their existing project email. Returning clients should book online when able, or reach out to us requesting a returning client project form. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

What type of questions are on the Sighthound Intake form?

We get to know our clients by asking them questions related to their geography, demographic, lifestyle, career, goals, ambitions, art taste, hobbies, and family life. 

We get to know their style; what they want it to be, what holds them back, what they want to invest in, preference in color, pattern, texture, materials, and where they sit on the scale of minimalist to maximalist. 

We get to know about the space including current and desired use, issues, likes and dislikes, goals, and taste preferences. 

All client data is securely stored in our and never shared with 3rd parties.

What is a virtual style concierge and how is that different from an interior designer or decorator?

Sighthound virtual interior style concierge focuses on assisting clients define their style, make selections for their home, and advises on furniture placement. Our entire process occurs via email without stepping foot in your home. The client makes the final on what to purchases, when to order it, and actions all recommendations on their own. Sighthound operates under the interior decorator umbrella focusing on putting the finishing aesthetic touches on rooms.

An interior designer often begins work at the start of a construction project to develop technical specs and works with architects and builders to complete a build and sees the project through the decoration phase as well. They often coordinate the purchase, delivery, and installation of all product selections.

Sighthound works to ensure that all clients are satisfied. Our results are directly correlated to the quality of input provided by the client. Our contractual services such as full room styling and full home moodboards include a round of revisions. All sales are final. We begin work on your project as soon as payment is received and therefore do not offer and refunds.
